Welcome
to Nothern Cape Guest House
The Northern Cape is known for its wide open spaces, spectacular
landscapes and burst of beautiful flowers in spring. This,
the biggest province in South Africa, is made up of the semi-arid
Karoo and Kalahari Desert. The Northern Cape is scattered
with sleepy towns and villages where time seems to stand still.
The
discovery of diamonds in 1867 in what is now the capital
Kimberley, led to a short-lived diamond rush. The digging
for diamonds during this time caused the biggest man made
hole - The Big Hole, which is now a big tourist attraction
in the Northern Cape. The province's other famous attraction
is the spectacular display of wildflowers in the Namaqualand
region in springtime.
These Northern Cape Guesthouse offer you a relaxing stay
in the most tranquil surroundings. Experience the famous
Northern Cape hospitality, delicious traditional cuisine,
and service with a smile.
